Packages
(Friday from 14:00 – Sunday 10:00 for a minimum of 60 guests and a maximum of 120 guests)
Inclusive of:
- Ceremony venue: Chapel, open barn or poplar tree
- Poplar tree/lawn terrace for welcome drinks/harvest tables
- Reception venue inclusive of long wooden tables, café style chairs, cutlery and crockery
- Accommodation: Four bedroom farmhouse, rondavel and honeymoon suite (sleeps 14 people in total)
- Game viewing vehicle and driver for the use of Bridal Couple Photo Session
- Breakage/losses deposit of R2 000 (refundable)
Excluded in package:
- In-house DJ
- Decor
- Glasses for welcome drinks (will be quoted separately)
- Meals, drinks, welcome drinks and snacks
- Tent for ceremony under the tree or for the picnic area
- Cash bar (corkage fees to be arrange with cash bar)
Additional surcharges:
- Late departure on Sunday after 10:00 (per hour or any part thereof)
- Kitchen fee when making use of an external caterer
- Bar closes at 00:00 every hour or a part thereof will be charged at
